Delhi LG versus Delhi Government

The 5-Judge Constitution Bench held that NCTD does not share a homogeneous class of governance structures with other Union Territories. It ruled that the Legislative Assembly of NCTD has competence over entries in List II and List III, except for expressly excluded entries.
