The National Dental Commission Act, 2023

48. State Government to promote preventive and promotive dental care in rural areas.-

Every State Government may, for the purposes of addressing or promoting public dentistry and community dental care in rural areas, take necessary measures to enhance the capacity of the dental professionals.
