Judgement detail

Manish Goel Versus Rohini Goel

The case of Manish Goel Versus Rohini Goel pertains to divorce proceedings. In this case, the husband sought a decree of divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty. The trial court initially granted the divorce, which was subsequently confirmed by the High Court of Delhi. The High Court found sufficient evidence of mental cruelty on the part of the wife, even though it noted that the specific issue of mental cruelty related to the termination of pregnancy did not need to be considered.
