The Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016

46. Penalties not to interfere with other punishments.-

No penalty imposed under this Act shall prevent the imposition of any other penalty or punishment under any other law for the time being in force.
