The Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021
36. Offences to be cognizable and bailable. -
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Crimincal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), all the offences under this Act shall be cognizable and bailable.
