Chapter I
Preliminary
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1) This Act may be called the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th June, 2020.
