Section 20 - Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020
20. Repeal and savings.-
(1) The Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Ordinance, 2020 is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
