Section 16 - Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020

16. Act not to apply to certain transactions.-

Nothing contained in this Act, shall be applicable to the Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations recognised under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 and the transactions made thereunder.
