Section 1 - Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020
Chapter I
Preliminary
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1) This Act may be called the Farmers' Produce Trade and commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of June, 2020.
