The Inland Vessels Act, 2021
105. Appeal.-
(1) Unless otherwise provided in this Act, any person aggrieved by an order made by the officers or authorities under this Act, may appeal to the State Government against refusal, suspension, cancellation, detention, removal or such other order, issued under this Act, within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order.
(2) The State Government shall cause notice of every such appeal to be given to concerned officers or authorities whose order is made the subject matter of the appeal, and after giving an opportunity to the appellant; shall pass appropriate order by recording reasons thereof, which shall be final.
