Section 46 - National Commission for Homoeopathy Act, 2020

46. Obligation of Universities and medical institutions.-

Every University and medical institutions covered under this Act shall maintain a website at all times and display in its website all such information as may be required by the Commission or an Autonomous Board, as the case may be.
