The Authorities Of Institutes
10. Authorities of Institutes.-
The following shall be the authorities of an Institute, namely:-
(a) a Board of Governors;
(b) a Senate; and
(c) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the Institute.
