37. Protection of action taken in good faith.-
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Chairperson or Members of the Board, Senate or Council or any officer or employee of the Institute for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances.
