Adjudication of Certain Contraventions
31. Definitions of terms used in this Chapter.-
For the purposes of this Chapter,-
(a) "Adjudicating Officer" means an officer appointed under section 35; and
(b) "Designated Appeals Committee" means the committee appointed under section 36.
