13. Annual report.-
(1) The Commission shall furnish to the Central Government an annual report containing such details of the steps taken, proposals made, researches awaited and other measures undertaken by it in pursuance of its functions under section 12, in such form and manner as may be specified by regulations.
(2) The Central Government shall cause the annual report furnished under sub-section (1) to be laid before each House of Parliament.
