Section 9 - Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Act, 2021

9. Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate proceedings of Commission.-

No act or proceedings of the Commission shall be invalidated merely on the ground of existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Commission.
