The Recycling of Ships Act, 2019
24. Report to National Authority.-
The Competent Authority shall give report to the National Authority, from time to time, which shall include information comprising the list of approved facilities, list of ships which have not complied with the provisions of this Act and action taken on such ships and list of ships recycled, as may be required by the National Authority.
